You can get insurance anywhere online or go into an establishment to find some quotes. I lost count how long we have been with Progressive through Jack Russel Insurance Agency, but I can tell you that people that actually cares and take their time out to make an effort is a MAJOR difference. Ashley has been taken care of my family for years. It’s not the typical I got a quote and wrote them and got another customer, it’s the fact that Ashley has never once gave us any disappointing experiences and always follow through. She would actually reach out to me if a long time hiatus would happened! Nothing too out of it but checking in to see if we are okay, updates and rates changes or to see if we needed anything. Multiple occasions I would reach out to her and if I didn’t get an answer or guidance about our policy, she will always follow up VERY promptly. (If not then, then definitely before end of day). I highly recommended Ashley, she’s funny, professional, caring and very informative and knowledgeable in her line of career. Thanks again Ashley for the years of giving my family and I an ease with auto insurance.
